::I just moved here and I hate it. I've had my car towed twice in the 4 months I have lived here. You need a gate card that is $20 to get in. Parking is the biggest hassle. I have 2 parking spots on the other side of the trailer park. When I want to speak to the manager the office is almost appears closed. It says "returning at 9am" I went at 9 and 11 and not there. Thankfully, I will be leaving soon anyway. The rent a cop that they have here Driving around is mostly on the look out for cars he can get towed. I can't stand it here. Even your guest don't usually have available parking and they run the risk of getting towed any time after 11pm. Update: new manager, not as crappy as the previous one. Still, don't bother moving here unless you absolutely need to rent/buy a cheap mobile home. The trailers are getting smaller and smaller, they removed trailers that took up 2 spaces in order to put 2 small trailers in that same small space.
