  Updated on Nov 28, 2017: Though my initial couple of visits were not pleasant experiences but since last couple of visits were satisfactory. Changing ratings from one star to 4 star. Hope to continue getting positive experience. PLS NOTE: Office Staffs are still the same. Poor Service! Hard to get appointment with Dr Roohi Kamal. Office Staffs are Rude. In my first visit with Dr Kamal, they had us wait for an hour, not sure if office staffs informed Dr Kamal or not about our appointment and presence . Dr Kamal was good, she gave us positive experience when we met her. Second Appointment, met with her assistance while I as asked my wife appointment has been confirmed with Dr Kamal. Third appointment, they refused to give with Dr Kamal. Office staffs are not supportive and do want want to talk. Office Staffs are not Professional, they are RUDE. Lookig for other option, will change the doctor/provider. Not sure, If Dr Roohi Kamal knows all this, hope she is reading this.

  My sister has been going to this place for years and was always seen by Dr. kamal and never had a problem, but today had the worse experience, she was seen by Dr Arundhati Vinod she was rude and dismissive, kept saying that she couldn't understand what my sister was saying and yelled at her multiple times to the point that she made her cry. The front desk staff wasn't very nice either. Going to the gynecologist is not a pleasant experience for the most part, specially if you have a problem; the last thing you need is someone being mean to you when you are half naked and vulnerable. This is the first time she is seen by Dr Arundhati Vinod and the last time. If you are thinking of this place. Make sure you dont get Dr. Vinod

  Dr. Kamal is an excellent doctor. We started seeing her when my wife was first time pregnant 3 years ago. Since then we never have to look for another doctor because of Dr. Kamal and their staff’s great service. Professional and the way a gynecologist should be. I was with my wife every visit in both pregnancy and I had observed great level of service and care for my wife and my beautiful daughter. Dr. Kamal always brings her expertise, skills, knowledge and compassion to the table when we visit her. She pays attention to every little detail which is compassionate and reassuring. Dr. Kamal or Dr. Denise always made sure to answers all our questions which are nerve breaking during pregnancy and gave only useful information time by time. During 1st pregnancy, we were very excited, nervous and cautious, but every visit with Dr. Kamal or Dr. Denise gave us more comfort with ongoing situation and supportive thinking for coming time. They always responded answers to our questions and concerns during after-hours services in timely manner. She is also affiliated with Hackensack Hospital which is one of the best hospital in new jersey. My both daughters born under the care of Dr. Kamal. The staff is truly professional and care about their patients! We are treated with respect and dignity from each person, each time. We had always a positive experience with Dr. Kamal and her staff. It is hard to find provider like Dr. Kamal these days. No one can give you 100% all the time. So, I always counted my overall experience with Dr. Kamal and her office which are great. If you looking for reliable, knowledgeable, caring, expert and responsible service provider to welcome your child in this beautiful world, as a father of two children, I would totally recommend Dr. Kamal and her team!

  This is the first and only gynecologist I've ever been to. I can't see my going anywhere else. Dr.Kamal is very patient and answers all of my questions. Professional and the way a gyno should be.

  Run ladies do not go here . I went to this place after reading the reviews I was soooo wrong. I made my appointment on 5/2 saw the Doctors assistance (Denise) she provided me a pap. She hurt me and I am still feeling pain today with intermittent spotting. The office does not want to acknowledge their mistake. I stated over and over during the exam You Are Hurting Me. Also they refused to fill out my paper work, to cover my visit with my employer, which is my sick note. They are truckulent and office not too clean, staff is abrasive, I also found them feeding me misinformation after speaking to my one time family doctor. I would have put 0 starts if I could run away ladies they will hurt you and possible your unborn featus.... Still in pain due to this place.
