  I RECENTLY MOVED IN DECEMBER.I REALLY LOVE THE LOOK AND HOW COMFORTABLE I FEEL WALKING IN EVERY DAY FROM WORK. IT'S ALSO PEACEFUL AND QUIET. THANKS TO THE OWNER.

  Love how this place has been improved. Current owner purchased it at the end of 2014 and has updated the property to include new utilities at each rental pad, a gate around the property, a central office (that residents can use for gatherings) and new mobile homes that can be rented or purchased. Great way to work on improving Memphis, by improving one property at a time. Wish more people invested in property improvements like this.
