  Sugarboo is such a fun store with unique items. All of the staff and managers were extremely friendly and helpful during my purchases and exchanges. If you go, plan to spend time, there is a lot to look at. Have fun!

  SugarBoo & Co. does not provide refunds ONLY STORE CREDT!. Recently tried to return a Birthday gift within a couple of days of the original purchase. I was informed by the associate the store only issues credit not refunds regardless of when it was purchased. I was surprised as these types of predatory practices are usually restricted to flea markets. She went on to tell me their return policy is posted throughout the store, however upon further inspection, it is only located on very small placards, including one near the register with this key information hidden in middle. When companies choose to have such a non-consumer friendly policy, it should be clearly and visibly communicated both in writing and verbally at the time of purchase There are plenty of other places to buy "whimsical" gifts which choose to offer modern consumer friendly policies. PLEASE avoid shopping here as it only severs to encourage outdated policies!
