  Used to be good like everything else in Seattle. Then...some people... had to ruin it by pricing everybody out of the city.

  Very bad customer service. Initial interaction was that they couldn't understand what we were saying, then wanted to rush us down the line like there was 20 people behind us (me and my husband) ... There was no one behind us. One lady had a very bad attitude making my sandwich and would only ask: AND! ("cheddar cheese") AND! Not happy with a job I guess... At $15 an hr and possibly not from this country... Life must be rough, but damn I didn't start my day out with an attitude even with my child sitting in ICU at harborview. "What's going on", world???

  Slowest subway I've ever been to. The girl making my sandwich hardly spoke English plus talking quiet. I kept asking her to repeat everything. Total it took 10 minutes to have my sandwich made. The girl making the sandwiches also did not use soap when she "washed" her hands. She turned on the water barely got her hands wt and shook them off after a couple seconds. Gross. I would have given them a 1/2 star. Do bother going here.
