  Frank really needs to improve his customer service. Every time I see him behind the glass I have to mentally prepare myself for the barrage of questions he is about to ask me. When taking orders, Frank rushes you and makes no effort to acknowledge that he heard you. The best part is when he forgets something and then proceeds to angerly make your sandwhich. I cannot overstate how unwelcoming Frank's customer service is and if management was smart they would prioritize correcting this behavior. Subway is supposed to be fast, but taking an extra 30 seconds to say hello and spend time in a friendly interaction instead of trying to memorize an entire order would go a long way. All I can say is I do not like to have it "Frank's way."

  Frank, the sandwich maker, didn't greet me or even look at me throughout the whole transaction. I could have been standing there with an axe in my hand and he would have never known. Worse, I felt so rushed by him (even though I was the only person in the whole place) that I forgot two ingredients that I really like. Frank is not providing good customer service.

  Sometimes it can get very slow even just to get one sandwich. People here aren't always nice either.
