::I walked over from the hospital to get food for me and my mom. They are supposed to open at 7. The door was still locked so I waited until the guy opened it. He told me they don't normally open the door until 7:30 to which I said your sign says 7. He was very impatient the whole time taking my order. Then when I went to leave, the door is locked. Instead of helping me, I had to mess with the looks until I got it unlocked. I won't be going back to this subway again.

::They didn't have many selections of bread, pretty sure the bread there was was from yesterday. Asked for toasted and it didn't even melt but the next sandwich was burnt. The person only acknowledged adults (my daughter was trying to order) and even tried to go to the next customer without her order. They don't even have kids meal at this restaurant. They were playing rap. They had no cookies made. The bathrooms were disgusting... The literal worst Subway I've ever been to.

::Stay away from this place. First time i went in it was raining outside and while there i had to use the bathroom, and it was pouring rain in both restrooms. Then the second time i went in to order "today" they didn't have what i wanted. So i ordered something else. And then the lettuce they had out was bad. So then the guy started getting a attitude with my wife. So horrible service and a horrible place period.

::Convenient location to my job at the Grant Medical, but service isn't very friendly at times! Used to go there often but recently staffing and quality of food changes has me vowing to never return. There was a fly in my sandwich once and the current manager gave me a very hard time about compensating! The staff needs more training on the Subway Rewards, often times they failed to correctly add points to my reward card. With some many other sandwich places, such as Jimmy John that deliver to the hospital, I'll have no problem never returning to this Subway
