Staff was super rude when we asked what sandwich was on the front board advertisement (the ad only showed a photo no name). She acted disgusted and was very short with us. We left and went to Charley's Philly Steaks (same floor @ the Dimond Center in the food court). Heading to their site next to leave a FIVE STAR review. Super yummy and staff was super friendly!

Look, I love subway, but think that the people working there should have their masks on right, especially in the middle of a pandemic. The guy making my sandwich had his mask down under his chin and a slight attitude too, and its only that guy, everyone else has it on right so why can't he?

Honestly I always get the worst service here. The older short lady always has a terrible attitude. And they never seem ready when they are open. Also how does it seem this subway never has meatballs. Don't advertise something at your place of business if you never have it .

Experience was horrible. Guy who worked didn’t even ask us what we wanted he just stared at us until we told him our order, sandwich was put together very sloppy and was barely toasted and was drenched in our dressing that we chose, he rushed through the order and made us pay while our sandwich was toasting, and there wasn’t even anybody else waiting to order, and his customer service was horrible.

Subway is a great sandwich shop, especially in Alaska. Fresh bread on fresh vegetables are hard to get here, but Subway does it well. I always get the 12 inch, but don’t always eat it in one sitting. It’s like getting 2 meals in one stop. However if you are going to be doing other things in the mall, you might not want to get the extra and have to carry it around.
