  I went in on a Saturday January 28th around 8:30pm. I was the only one in there and the place was absolutely spotless. There was not a crumb out of place. The gentleman who took my order was quiet, but friendly. I always get good service in this store, but seriously it was extremely clean. This guy was not slouching around and I appreciate it.

  I placed an order on the app and it gave me an error after charging my card. I called the store and a guy name Jason wouldn’t give me any other information on who he was told me he isn’t sure what to do if they don’t get the order but changed my card. I asked for a manager he said they left for the day. He was no help offered no help. And hung up on me. I told him i will contact corporate to let them know that he does not know how to help and hangs up on customers. He hung up on me again and any time i called back to see if they got my order he would pick up the online and hang it up on me so he wouldn’t have to talk to me. Poor customer service especially when I spent the only money i had for my son and i to eat there and ask i received was bad customer service.

  They have difficulties following instructions, like only adding one line of dressing, or asking for extra anything. I also went in recently and requested flat bread, and I was given Italian bread instead. I don’t like it when they get my order wrong.

  The service is really improving. The staff is more attentive and the store is cleaner. The food was prepared as ordered. I will be returning.
