::TOURIST BEWARE! Never in my life have I been to a Subway where "mozzarella cheese is $ extra". They barely give you any veggies. Didn't have Parmesan cheese. The soda fountain barely had any syrup, so you were drinking 80% carbonated water. TRASH ALL OVER THE FLOOR. I totally felt like I was getting ripped off. **And that is just what I saw.** It made me curious what other things the owners skimped on. In other words, WHAT was I REALLY eating????

::The down town Atlanta experience I had was absolutely horrible. Every time you went anywhere you had homeless people all over you begging and if you didn't give them anything they would have some scam set up with the employees and you would get screwed royally

::Customer service awful. If I could give them a - 0 I would. Ladies were mean, rude and just all around bad attitudes. Barely got in the door, stood for a moment gathering my thoughts and they yelled at me if we weren’t buying anything to get out. They slopped my food together and I threw it away. I will never ever in life go there at all.

::Usually go by there often, and now won’t go back. Store hours are from 9am-6pm. I walk in the store at 9:45 to buy a simple drink, only for the apparent “manager” of the store to yell at me to “give him ten minutes” with a mouthful of food. I persist simply because im just trying to spend MY money to buy a simple DRINK in CASH. The clown could have kept the change and all, instead he then screams at me that “WE’RE NOT OPEN MAN!!” At which point I enquire as to why the door is open and the sign is on, but I don’t even wait for an answer as I’ve already left to go somewhere else. I used to come to this shack often, and now won’t be back because obviously the staff and managers have no clue where they’re supposed to open and have no customer service for them to be unable to take 30 seconds out of their day for me to PAY them for a drink. Terrible. They say they’re about their money, but not even open when they say they’re open. Explain that??

::Usually I have no issues with this place but today was different. My sandwich sucked and the customer service was non-existent. Maybe it's just the weekends but I could have sworn the service was much better M-F. Which is the only reason I'm even giving 4 stars. Today could have been a one-off, so I'll give them another chance.
