::I ordered my subs online, my roommate went to pick up the oder they said they never received the order so I couldn't use the promo code. So my roommate had to pay full price. The person that made the subs didn't know how to make the subs. Terrible customer service. And just plain rude.

::Am just unlucky today. Ordered my usual favorite, the guy was new thats ok, but i lost my appetite. While he was making my sandwich he scratched his nose after that he dropped my sandwich. I was just lookin, am not tryin to give him hard time, I just came back and bought another one then threw the first one. Also saw him making another customer sandwich without one hand no gloves, I was like whats goin on here? Lost my appetite.

::The place was very clean. The customers inside was following the procedures of social distance. The lady making the sandwiches was very nice and friendly.
