They got my whole sandwich completely wrong! I asked for just what comes on the type of sandwich that I ordered and they added every possible extra veggie that they could! They added things that I canโ€™t even eat. Iโ€™m not sure if they charged me extra for all of that, but looking back on it now, my order came out really high. I didnโ€™t question it, because I ordered for three people at the time. My order came out to over $40 for three people.

DO NOT COME TO THIS SUBWAY! They open and close their doors whenever they want! Here is a picture of their employees locking the door and cleaning up an hour prior to the closing time listed on their door. How can they just decide they don't want to serve customers anymore? I really hope management will look into this.

The worst and unprofessional staff! Had a terrible experience with the man on the counter. I had this coupon which said free drink with any size sub. After I got a footlong sub, I showed him the coupon and he behaved as if this was his first time seeing a coupon or doesn't even understand what does it mean by "coupon". Then he argued over the fact that the coupon doesn't say free drink with any sub, even though the exact wordings on the coupon were, "free drink with any sub or signature wrap". I mean do you think that the customer is a fool here?

It's almost inconceivable how bad this Subway is. I'm writing this review after them screwing me via delivery, twice. Sat eves not a busy time for most Subways, including this one. So no excuse to get orders wrong....no pressure. Attached is a pic of my delivery order. Next is of a pic of the sub I received. The salad, tho, that was supposed to be basic, adding *no* toppings; seemed to have a whole garden of chunks that looked like someone had at least tried to eat it previously [I'll spare you a pic]. I was working today, also, since very early and had not eaten all day...and the first thing I took from the delivery bag was the 'chunks-o-garden'. Now I was just hangry. I drove to this accursed Subway, went in with the "chunks-o-garden", telling them this is twice now they have ignored my order and sent me whatever they felt like ralphing in a box. They wanted to see my order, so I showed it to them on my phone and pointed out that it said 'NO TOPPINGS' in 4 places. The "leader" of the store this evening retorted by saying: "We don't have toppings. Toppings are for pizza. We have vegetables." Do I actually have to explain what toppings are to this person? Yes. Yes I did. So I have NO idea what he thought was on a pizza if it was ordered with peppers, onions and mushrooms, etc., but after all this, I was sure I didn't want to know. He now wanted me to tell him how to make the salad I wanted -- not that he had picked up a container, gloved up and was going to prep as I spoke, he just wanted to word salad me to exhaustion. I left. Didn't think to open the sandwich until I got home. For the love of dog!! I have worked in many hospitality and service oriented jobs - as a server, host, event coordinator, and even at my aunt & uncle's own local franchise while I was in high school. I know it can be totally frustrating when it's really busy and you feel like you're multitasking so much you aren't getting any of it right. But, when it's dead, and someone doesn't feel like *reading*, and ensuring they get the 1 order they have right, just no. And here's an example why you don't just screw people over because you think you can: I will be removing this Subway store from the approved vendors list on my return to work on Monday.
