  So, I have been eating at this subway often almost 4 to 5 times a week, I get the same sandwich everytime and I also tip every time. Today one of the younger workers literally put zero tuna on my sandwich, the batch was obviously complete and she needed to go get more but instead of doing that she acts like she putting tuna on the sandwich, when I could see it's was hardly any, I mean at the end it was maybe a teaspoon (not exaggerating)She keep half of the bread elevated to try and block me from being able to see the half she put the tuna on, put three tomatoes on my sandwich and even sold the thing to me, which is basically stealing because your deliberately short changed me and not just a little. I left a tip again and paid for it just to show I'm not that guy, I threw the sandwich in the garbage upon walking out. You shouldn't do that to people, I mean I ate there so much that one of the workers made my sandwich without me even saying anything. Anyway I guess I'm done with that.

  This is the only subway I know of that posted a sign on their door saying "we don't take coupons"! And the employees are SUPER RUDE! Act like they don't need anybody's business, so I won't be back. Plenty of places to eat where people are grateful for my business.

  I try to always give subway a chance when I'm in the mood for something less fatty. It's one of the few places that has offerings that aren't always deep fried. However, the service is always kind lacking due to language barriers. The service is slow and it kind of sucks to pay so much for big loaf of bread with processed meat and toppings. Then try to pass it off as "healthy".

  This store is horrible. The customer service is the worst. Please learn how to speak English before you get a job. The person from India with a mask on kept asking me what meat I want on my sandwich. I clearly asked for the new Italian sandwich. I have no idea what meat goes on a fast food Italian sandwich at subway. This place is a joke

  I have worked at subway before and this was the worse customer service I have ever seen, being a customer. Normally when I go to this location in person or on a mobile app they are very considerate and accurate with my food. Today I ordered 2 cookies I had to tell the employee about my other cookie because she only gave me 1. When I got home to check my food, because this was a mobile order, I recieved a sandwich with no meat. I went back to the restaurant and had to get my meal 10 mins later, and while the manager was making my sandwich I had to tell her that a subway melt came with bacon. She did apologize and advised me the employee who prepared my 1st sandwich was new, but that doesn't excuse the waiting on 2 other people while getting my food after I arrived. I will never go to this location again, and hope that something changes with the customer service. You lost a loyal customer, but I hope you all gain experience.
