  Staff always argue with each other cussing and even threatening each other. Very very unprofessional I work close by so I visit often. My last visit on 5/25 I got a meatball sub and later that day after eating I felt nauseous and that night I threw up all night until the next day. It gave me a bad case of food poisoning. This place is awful.

  I go here several times a week because of where I work. Usually pretty good. Today was unacceptable however. New staff on the line with major attitude problems and lack of soft skills. I walked out without my lunch because the man making my sandwich thought I said something rude to him when I asked for "spinach". He then proceeded to ask me what I wanted on my sandwich like I was wasting his time. Extremely upset with thus experience as a regular. Won't be back.

  The server had no clue which bread was which or if the bread was even done. She complained a bunch and got distracted multiple times. I had to repeat myself a lot

  They didn't even ask if I wanted my subs toasted or not the one gal had on a shirt that her stomach was hanging out stores gone down hill since I was there last

  Went in to the store to get the bogo on foot longs. They told me I had to download the app which I did. I tried to order and it kept saying I didn't have qualifying items. I asked the employee about it and all he had to say was "I don't know". Frustrated I went home. Finally figured it out at home and ordered delivery. I specifically stated to deliver to the front door. I was waiting with a tip but they threw it on my back porch and took off. Sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and both of them were cold and not toasted
