::We stopped in for lunch today and the team working were incredibly kind, personable and polite. I believe the gentleman’s name was Melvin and I did not catch the woman’s name. Our sandwiches were great, the place was spotless.

::CON's: Wrong & missing toppings. Stale bread. Argumentative staff. Poor customer service. Massive attitude problem. PRO's: Manager provided full refund, and the satisfaction of knowing that I won't return.

::Was helped by Melvin and Jason today; both super polite and friendly. Produce was in good condition and I have zero complaints about my food :) And their bathroom was very clean! Huge plus!

::My wife ordered sandwhiches, and the employee was incredibly rude. She snapped at my wife and was irate the entire order. I'd rate this store 0 stars because if the employee is going to have an attitude for other reasons, fine. Taking it out on the customers? No, thats not okay.
