::The employee named Neecy made the subs better than we've ever had! She made sure our bacon was crispy, instead of barely cooked! She was very kind and had excellent customer service! We will be returning because of her!
Cowboy Up
::I’ve been coming to this store for years, but the management with this store has gotten terrible. The food quality has gone down quite a bit, and constantly there will be one employee working the lunch shift. This time there were bugs in the cheese slot, and the lettuce and tomatoes looked like they were past the serve date. I can’t go to this location anymore, the one at Park Row and Bowen is much better. Whoever manages this location needs to really soul search and either hire employees that take a little pride in their job, or maybe get more hands on and look at the products they serve.

::Don't waste your time going to this particular store. The man didn't know how to put tuna in a bowl and warm it up then he wants to take the plastic bowl and tell me I can't have the bowl that he just armed up my tuna in ... So frustrating I pretty much just told him to throw it in the trash because I don't want it anymore. Dam it I wanted some subway

::Unfortunately i had to change my rating after todays experience. This location is my go to while at work. Usually good customer service and food. Today on the other hand, they were out of EVERYTHING. Lettuce, spinach, italian herb and cheese bread, tuna, cold cut meat, sweet onion teriyaki chicken, ranch, pickles, cookies. One of the ladies working was not in any hurry to fix the problem. She went to the back and started asking the other lady (who was very nice, apologetic, and helpful) if she smoked cigarettes and if she could have one. I didn't get the names of the ladies working. However the hispanic lady was helpful and doing her best to help everyone in line by herself. I went today 11/27/19 around 1:15pm.
