I didn’t understand what the hype was about, so my husband and I decided to try. Service was alright, ice cream was alright, the hour and a half wait in line was definitely not worth it. They do have a lot ton of options to choose from rather it be a custom order or their combinations on the menu. I’d say if the wait is longer than 5-10 minutes don’t waste your time. I was thinking it’d be something amazing or taste or even look something close to spectacular but it was nothing fancy, I’ve had way better I’ve cream/ yogurt from other places.

Cool experience with the liquid nitrogen...don't think ice cream can be made any fresher than that! Recommend going with the custard option...stay away from the sugar free option (watered down almond milk or something like that... doesn't taste or have consistency of ice cream)

great taste of ice creams in most of times but i always feel like they have a issues with the employees. i never thought people are working there are happy or actually wanna work there. even though they have great communication between each other behind the counter. little bit more training would be better because i always get different taste each time from same kind of ice cream.

Ice cream was decent. It was a late Sunday night and staff didn't seem to enthusiastic to be there. I believe when your product is unique or something worth watching those delivering should bring it to life. No complaints however, just simply sharing my experience could have been better had the staff seemed more customer friendly.

Sub Zero is an incredible concept! Liquid Nitrogen is used to instantly freeze the cream and it becomes ice cream! They do this all in front of you which is a very cool experience. Not only is the process cool...the ice cream is very good. Line is usually out the door so get there early, especially on the weekends.
