  Wonderful in every category. Robert salvaged a horrible haircut I had received and continued to give excellence. Estheticians exceded experience expectations. Front desk staff was always kind and accommodating. Overall I felt like a friend rather than just a client. Shceduling is easy, online and off. Space is bright, open, beautiful and smells nice. They are one of the handful of reasons I miss Seattle.
