Visited Stumpys for dart league finals. Keith was working and as stated in prior reviews - he was great! I only enjoyed one Amaretto Sour and it was magnificent. I shot a couple of games of pool on one of 4 tables and LOVED it. I couldn't miss. I forgot my credit card so came back the next day and Keith remembered me. I noticed that the had a bottle of Crown in the refrigerator so I stayed long enough to sip a chilled shot of Crown with a glass of Coke and write this review. I have a friend that lives near here so I will definitely be back but live too far to frequent this establishment. If I lived closer, this would without a doubt, be my new "watering hole". In regards to previous reviews, I feel fortunate to not have encountered Tina during eithet visit.

Great watering hole. Great BLUE'S bands on the weekend's. Several pool table's and dart boards available. Several TV's for sport's viewing and one of the nicest outdoor patios in the metroplex. Reasonably priced sprits sprits and a well trained and friendly staff. Easy access and well lighted parking lot. If you're looking for a nice local bar then you've found it.

Even though according to (1) the still illuminated "open" sign, (2) the hours posted on the building, and (3) the hours posted on this page, Stumpy's is supposed go be open currently.... the RUDEST individual I've crossed paths with kicked us out about half an hour ago stating that she "wants to get home". Tina told us to " get out because(she) want(s) to go home"... two hours before the posted closing time and without any warning or last call. My friends and I all had full drinks that we were forced to chug, as well as pool games that were not over. She yelled at us and even used obscenities telling us to "get the f out". Granted, when we first arrived she also insulted my significant other for no reason! She thought he needed a lesson in how to order... while telling him to order his drink the EXACT way he did order it. We were offended and caught off guard by her rude comments then as well. Should I also include... SHE WAS NOT WORKING? We frequent this bar weekly. Occasionally multiple times a week. We always order multiple drinks and tend to be very generous to the staff - when they treat us well. This is not our first time encountering Tina, nor is it the first negative experience with her. Keith is amazing. We will no longer be coming to Stumpy's if Tina is at the bar. We will gladly visit any time Keith is working, as he is not only an amazing bar tender but also was taught to respect people and has manners... something this Tina person lacks. I plan on calling to speak to the owner as soon as possible. Save yourself and avoid Tina. She is the probably the reason why the bar closes early so often.... she's scared away the clientele!! She called us names for not leaving immediately when she decided to close. Had she said it was last call or communicated that they were closing early there would be no issue... had she had basic human decency or respect I wouldn't be writing this review. This location is iconic to me - it's a place that means a lot to me sentimentally as it's where my parents even used to come when I was a small child!! To have this place tainted by her upsets me. Keith is the only saving grace left in this place. Keep the bar open during the posted hours, bring back the other pool tables (only having 4 is ridiculous in this venue) , and do away with the toxic woman that is dragging your business down!!

This bar is fantastic all the time when Keith is there! But....The Bartender Tina is really distasteful! She closed the bar early with no warning and my group of friends and I were forced to chug our drinks and leave in the middle of our pool games! She was speaking very rudely to everyone and slamming cups around behind the bar, exclaiming how she was so upset with everyone still being in the bar. I hope she gets fired. I'm calling the owner tomorrow
