The room was very clean, very nice. I was very happy with the small kitchen and for the price we paid for the room on a Saturday night. It was a bit noisy due to street noise and I smelled cigarette smoke throughout the night so not sure where that came from. The only thing that I didn't like was that check-out was at 11am (which was fine), but at 10:10 I got a call from the front desk asking if I was checking out. I said that I was and would be out by 11am. The maid then came banging on my door at 10:40 to tell me about check-out. I already knew that. I did not appreciate feeling like I was being rushed out. I left my room at 10:50 but still didn't like being rushed.

The rooms are clean, the maids are very polite, the male Manager is somewhat rude, the female manager is quite understanding and nice. Overall the area is very nice not is the outside of the hotel but the rooms and the inside are quite well kept 3/5 stars

Was ok with stay. However very disappointed that first; the manager didn't speak English. I am surprised speaking English is not a requirement of management. Second; I tried to apply your Military discount offer on your website but couldn't make it work. I called your reservation number; that man who handled the call couldn't make it work either. He told me to just present my ID at check in to get the 10% discount offer. I did present it at both check in; and check out and your manager shook his head and finger in a "no" signal and didn't apply it. Doesn't bother me when Companies do not offer military discounts. That's a business decision. Bothers me when they do offer Military discounts and then proudly refuse to honor it. Strange business decision. Can't recommend a Studio 6 facility where Military and English speaking people are not welcome.

Although our stay was due to a funeral, our overall experience was a good one. The rooms were big and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed all the amenities. I would recommend this hotel for a one night stay or for an extended stay. Our room came with a stove, refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes. The rooms had a very pleasant smell unlike other hotels with carpets that smell musty and or cigarette smoke. The location was near a gas station, great for snacks. A Denny's near by, and I really liked that the entire area and parking lot had plenty of light and not dark like some hotels. They had one elevator in the lobby but it was always available. I requested a floor room because my mother was disabled but there were none available so I was skeptical but having elevator access and our rooms near them accommodated us. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to my family for future stays.

The rooms were clean... Parking is limited. They charge a 10 per night pet fee which is a first for me at this chain. The guy at the front desk was slow and not very friendly. The worst part was the construction that started at 7 to 715 in the morning... Skillsaws, a shop vac, men yelling... Hammering and 2 concrete trucks just feet from a room I paid a hundred bucks for. Clearly management has no regard for their guests. Get the money and let us deal with it in the morning. To top it off there is one entrance/exit to this place and it was blocked off by the cement truck when I had to leave for work. I would stay elsewhere unless you do not mind the construction noise in the morning or the owners that are clearly more interested in getting money from customers than providing a comfortable place to stay. I'll pay extra and stay elsewhere.
