  Terrible, don't waste your time here. They are overpriced and rude! The place is dirty and small. They take forever to do nails too.

  Got home and my nail polish had smeared. Went back the next day and she painted all of them again for free. Plus she was so nice!

  I have been going here on and off for years. Its never been my regular nail spot but they have a great location, right off state street. They are open later than most nails shops in the area and their prices are the cheapest in the area. This has has always been my back up space. But this week I was so disappointed, i will never go here again!!!! 1st off, you get what you pay for. The shop is small, not the cleanest, everything is outdated. They have a small selection of nail polishes with only a few OPI choices. Mostly cheap polish. They don't do a good job. They are lazy and don't take special care in shaping. The last time I went, i brought a pic of how i wanted my nails shaped and the nail tech told me it would be an extra $5 to do. She kept trying to upcharge me for the simplest things. I didnt ask for anything special or out of the ordinary and she kept trying to charge me more. Dont waste your time here. Its not worth the trouble! I would rather just pay a little more to get get great service and a clean, positive environment.

  I went in there to get my full set off and to get a mani. The young lady ripped my fake nails off causing 3 of my real nails to be ripped from the nail bed. I told her they hurt, she stopped but then came back to finish off the nails. She broke/cracked one beneath the nail bed, I had to use nail glue when I got home. Two nails had blood underneath them. One nail was bleeding and she was trying to buff it, I told her to stop. She did not shape my nails, ask me if I wanted them long or anything. And to top it off she asked me if wanted my brows done 4 times! After the third, I was like...Are my brows really that bad? I mean come on! I told her to stop and that I wanted to leave when she started to put the polish on my nails. She offered to put a different color on, I told her it wasn't the color but the quality of this mani that I was upset about. A three year old could have done a better paint job. I had her remove the polish and I went home and fixed the messed up nubs the best I could. Two weeks later and they are still recovering. I will never go back here.
