  I booked a massage through the website prior to purchasing a Groupon as I know schedules can be difficult to work through on a shorter notice. Never hearing a confirmation, I called the day before to confirm. D told me the website is not accurate for booking so she had to move my appointment from noon to one. Not a big deal. She called Friday noon to ask if I could push back to 1:15. Yes not a problem. She called again at 12:25 asking if I could push my appointment back to 3 because she had a cancellation I told her no because I am going to a baseball game. She then called me back AGAIN and told me I could either get a refund or schedule a different time because "she wasn't going to base her day around a baseball game." Extremely unprofessional and absolutely horrible to deal with. Don't believe the Groupon reviews!

  The service was amazing, the massage! the wine! the strawberries! The whole experience was just great which I could do it everyday
