  This place was horrible. First night. After settling in for the evening. We peeled back the bed sheets and found somebody else hair inside. Sheets were not even changed for us. The second night. after a long day our beds were not made up and the room was not cleaned, then we needed some ice the ice machine was broken.

  This location is a disgrace to your brand. I stayed at this location in July 2017 in a room that was not updated and it was more comfortable than the updated room I stayed in this time. The room was as comfortable as a gymnasium. The furniture was sparse. There was an excess of floor space. The lack of rugs and soft surfaces made the acoustics of the room horrible. The kitchen cabinets were missing doors and one door was hanging by a single hinge. The faucet on the sink was too small. The spout was so close to the back edge of the sink, that you could not wash anything in the sink without getting the area around the faucet covered in water. There was a single spoon in one of the drawers. When I asked the front desk for a plate and silverware to use, they indicated that they do not provide any of that stuff to guests because the guests may steal it. The hotel was happy to take an extra $100 deposit in case the room was some how damaged during my stay. I told the girl at the desk, for my $100 deposit, I would have expected to have access to something to eat on/with while I was there. Hot water was good in the morning. However, in the evening when I was washing dishes, the water would not get hot enough to get butter off of my dishes. It was just like camping in the great outdoors, I had to heat up some water (in a sauce pan that I bought at Walmart) to do dishes. The parking situation is hideous. I have a van that requires 7' to 7'3" of clearance. My van does not fit in the area under the hotel. In July, I parked along the side street. Since then, trees and rocks where placed along that side of the street to deter parking there. The price advertised online is not the price you pay when you arrive. There was another $30+ added to the bill in addition to $100 deposit. When I went to use the laundry room, it was locked. The desk clerk had to open the laundry room. She also had just $5 in quarters to spare for me to use. Talking to the girl at the front desk was difficult. The girl was soft spoken and could not project her voice to be heard through the glass window. I had to continuously ask her to repeat herself.

  My husband and I stayed here on February 13th and left our car at the hotel while we were gone, which was nice. However when we returned from our vacation and tried to call the hotel for a pick-up at the airport we could not get a hold of any Person. We tried calling several times. We ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel so we could retrieve our car and drive home. That costs us an additional $30.00 - there went our good deal. Never again.

  The room is huge, and having a kitchen is great, but... There was no garbage can in my room, no do not disturb sign, the heater did not work, it smelled like smoke throughout the garage because people were sitting outside it smoking. The room however was BIG and the kitchen feature is great! Also, there was no on at the window when I came in, and I had to wait quite a while.

  I understand that this establishment is low budget, that's still not an excuse for the accommodations. The room was half cleaned to say the least. Most of the drawers to the dresser didn't open. The oven was horrendous. The floors should have been mopped. At $60-$70 a night, I think you guys should do a lot better. With that being said, I stayed for 2 nights. The customer service was Exceptional. I have no complaints about anyone.
