::I had an issue with my piercing, and I came to Studio 28 to purchase proper cleaning products for my piercing. They took their time to explain the prognosis of my piercing -whether it was infected or not. They also gave me a few generous tips of what I could do to keep up with the cleaning! Very friendly staff! Never got anything pierced here, but would come back if I had the chance!

::My boyfriend came with me on Tuesday afternoon to get my Septum pierced and I am super content with not only my new piercing but the whole experience! Kirsten was my piercer and she was the best! She was super sweet, very informative and she answered all of my questions! She reassured me that everything will be okay due to the fact that I was nervous lol. Her and the receptionist explained the aftercare process which I really appreciate. Kirsten mentioned that if I had an questions or concerns I can contact her directly either through the shop or her social media platforms. She is very clean and her space is as well. The lady who was at the register was very nice as well! I'm excited to come back for my check up in June! Thank you for everything and I definitely will be back for my piercings and possibly tattoos as well. 😄❤ I, 10/10 recommend her and Studio 28 for your future piercing endeavors! P.S. I would recommend to get an appointment or come in as soon as they open because this place can get pretty full! :)

::A fantastic place. I booked my appointment from the other side of the world basically but felt like studio 28 was around the corner. They listened to all my ideas and were fully on board, keeping me informed and valuing my ideas. The design that Rafael produced was unreal-- it was so much better than I could have dreamed of and so creatively done to also represent my personality. My actual tattoo day was great- there was no rushing, I had time to sit and check my design without pestering, we discussed ant adaptations and my thoughts before we began. Actual tattooing was great: easily the most comfortable experience I've had as he was so gentle with the needle and regularly checked how I was getting on. I'm thrilled with my design and can't wait to see it healed.

::10/10 would recommend Studio 28!! I had scheduled an appointment via email with TJ to set up a time to get my first tattoo. He set up an appointment with me quickly and was very responsive to any questions I had prior to my appointment. I went in yesterday and the experience exceeded my expectations by far. The staff was EXTREMELY kind and welcoming. Jason did an amazing job on my tattoo and make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I couldn’t imagine a better place to get my first tattoo! I look forward to coming back for more work!

::I got an industrial piercing done here by Kirsten last week. This studio is by far the best place in New York (trust me, I checked out seven before deciding)! The staff is extremely kind and professional and the studio is pristine. I brought my mom with me, a very anti-modifications woman, and she felt comfortable there! I recommend this place to anyone getting their first piercing or hundredth! They're all fantastic at Studio 28. I don't live in New York, but Kirsten recommended a place in my hometown I could go to if I had any problems with the healing and couldn't make it up. That let me know that they truly care about their customers well being.
