  Mike Doehla and his Stronger U Community have changed my life. I finished my 4th session with Coach Anthony Bainbridge May 24th and I am beyond happy with my results. On my own I lost 10 and then with Stronger U I dropped 48. On Memorial Day I took part in my gym’s Murph Challenge. I bettered last years time by 4 minutes. After completing it I was filled with emotion and what it came down to was: I WAS PREPARED. Everything that I’ve done with Stronger U over the last 11 months led me to feeling strong, capable, and determined—and that’s because SU taught me to prepare, to focus, and trust the process. For so much of my adult life I have struggled with being overweight. I yo-yoed over and over again to the tune of 300 pounds. Even after finding a passion for lifting weights I still couldn’t align my fitness to my nutrition. Now my fitness, nutrition, and mindset have all aligned, and for the first time in my life at 52 I love my body. I owe that to Mike, Coach Anthony Bainbridge, and the Stronger U community. I will continue this journey on my own with the tools and community that SU has provided. I feel confident that there is more success to discover.

  I had a great experience with stronger U! I was able to learn so much from my coach and I had a lot of support and encourgment from the group of members.

  Exceptional. That is the word I use for the Stronger U coaching group. I worked 1 on 1 with a coach to build a nutrition profile that worked for me to loose body-fat. I lost weight and had my coach there to answer any questions or issues I faced. The response times were quick and sometimes witty =) Stronger U was a good life decision. Id highly recommend them for anyone willing to change their relationship with food around so that you can find a happier you.

  This is not a diet, or FAD. This is a program to lose weight that teaches you how to safely and permanently keep weight off. I can't express how thankful I am to have found StrongerU through a personal reference at my Crossfit box. I could not deny what I saw take place over the course of 12 weeks and as soon as she finished her program, I started mine. My whole outlook on portions, macros, and bad food habits has completely changed. I quickly learned that I alone am responsible for my bad food choices and I reported to a coach that could quickly identify when I tried to cheat the program or when I was failing to understand my own mistakes. The facebook group is an added bonus where a wonderful community of people are all going through the same thing and helping/sharing their experiences. I am so pleased with my results.   Hands down THE BEST nutrition guys out there. Realistic approach and the accountability I needed. They really know their stuff and helped me reach a weight goal I thought was impossible.
