  I have been working with Kirina for physical therapy for a 15 year old shoulder injury and Amy for deep tissue therapy. I finally feel my issues getting corrected after years of discomfort. Kirina is extremely thorough and thoughtful. I'm getting improved rotation range and shoulder blade movement. Amy is amazing at correcting the problematic muscles. She will put all her might at breaking up the adhesions and even started correcting adhesions that have been there for 15 years. I'm getting improved mobility and I feel muscles firing that have been stuck for a long time. Really glad this place exists.

  Karine Gragalea DPT is great! She always takes the time to help me understand what each exercise is for.

  45 min chiropracting means: 20 min conversation, questions about my health and body condition, demonstration of the human body on a board, 10 min gentle massage, 5 min actual job on my neck and spine. Not full body adjustment. The stuff is friendly and the place is clean

  I discovered STRIVE through a friend a of mine. She had great things to say about this place, so I decided to give them a try. I've been seeing the nutritionist for quite some time now, and I have to say I am really happy with the progress. The entire atmosphere is great, from the time you walk through the door. I first met with Dr.Moscati for a consultation and then he introduced me to Lionel the nutritionist. I explained my concerns to him and he really took the time to go over the many options with me. My goal was to start eating healthy, as I was training for a race. He gave me a list of food and drinks that I can buy and make on my own, to help with energy levels and boost my metabolism. At first, it was difficult to adjust but I knew that I needed to do this. After a couple weeks of eating/drinking clean, I started to see and feel a difference. Overall, I am beyond happy with the results that I've been getting. STRIVE is great- easy to schedule, friendly staff. I would recommend them to just about anyone.
