  Very bad customer service. Called to check price for tail light install and the guy who answered was very rude, said they don't do American cars and hung up. 0/5 stars. Glad they didn't get my business.

  I am an absolute car fanatic and own a BMW Z4 and was tired of getting ripped off by BMW dealers. I found Strictly Auto Repairs when googling BMW repair shops near me and read about him and his shop. The problem I experienced was with my electronic brake system as well as numerous fault warnings appearing on my dashboard. Prior to making an appointment with William at Stricly Auto Repairs, I made an unannounced visit and was very impressed to find an immaculate, roomy shop. After meeting William and discussing my problem with him, I was confident to make an appointment with him. He quickly learned that the problem was a softwear update and kept me informed by calling to advise that the softwear update took time because of the many modulars in the car. This update cured all the problems. William is extremely honest and was very reasonably priced compared to dealerships. He knew I did not take the car out in the rain and even offered to hold the car an extra day so I did not have to pick it up in the rain! Do not hesitate to use him as he is very knowledgeable.

  Newly renovated shop. Best tire balance I've ever had. Great machines. Place really knows their stuff. Very reasonably priced
