::I’ve been a member of KFCU/STRATA CU since 1968, 53 years to be exact. They have helped me in many ways throughout the years, from securing loans, to allowing overdraft protection accounts, to giving its members a Christmas present by allowing them to skip a payment in December, all kinds of things they do for their members. Why I’ve only had a Credit Union instead of a regular bank like BofA, Chase, Wells Fargo etc. It’s because I’m treated as a person and not a number! And this is important to me!

::Can't get the app to take a payment. Had to go in to the branch to pay during height of the pandemic, as they are no longer taking payment over the phone (even though they were previously doing that due to the pandemic, so they said.) Had to pay by check because they were going to charge me $20 if I used my debit card. I've had an account here for about 20 years and have never been unhappy. Now I hate this entity. Fix your website. Give me better customer service. The teller I spoke with today lacked empathy. Showing concern about the health of your customers would be nice. Clearly you only care about taking my money. I'm disgusted.

::This is a good bank. I have been a member with Strata for a year now. The bank offers a lot of different accounts/services. There is free checking with an end of the month incentive, which I like. I'm still on the fence with the on-line banking. Sarahi is a very nice & professional teller. Every time I needed help with my account she has resolved the problem. I would recommend this bank.

::This bank, but especially Amber Webster, has been great to work with! She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She made getting setup there a breeze and made me genuinely feel like she has my best interest in mind! I highly recommend using Strata. Everyone who has assisted me there has been great and it seems like they are using a more contemporary type of business model and it shows in how they operate and the in the attitudes of their employees.
