  And no Mark is not my real name but I have a problem with this insurance company as I remain anonymous. For one I share a policy with someone else. We have ask this company to call us back to see if we could get a cheaper rate before in the past. The person I am on the policy with did not get a call back when ask to receive a call back. I didnt get a call back just a few weeks ago when I talk to a guy over the phone who is arguing with me about why my insurance is so high instead of calling me back when I asked him to to investigate to get us cheaper insurance. I had my roommate that I am on the policy with to call and he spoke with a lady and they just gave him a deal and saved him money and I am not happy with the amount that I am paying. Now I am at a point were I am gonna go on my own after that same guy lied to me over the phone stating that my insurance would be too expensive if I went on my own. Well guess what I am leaving you guys today 2/27/18.

  After 2 months asking for a review on my existing policy, I got this email and quote. "Well due to xxx unexpectedly retiring and a surge in non-renewals, we have been swamped. xxxxx, you'll have to forgive me if my quote may have been "late". I'm sorry I burdened you with this quote, but I did the best I could with the time I had." No comment on my part......
