  I love this place, the workers are SO nice and very friendly and professional. It was a great choice to pick this place since it was very close to our house. I want to thank you guys for everything and making us feel important and well taken care of as well as our belongings also! And thank you Ms. Kim!   Noticed this place days after moving into Arlington/Shirlington while at the dog park. I had a few totes I needed to store to clear up some closet space. Kim was fantastic to work with thru the sign up process and was there to assist while getting my items into my unit. I bought a smaller 4x7 one, which is plenty big for containers and boxes. Kim's customer service was exceptional!!!

  By far... The BEST experience! Kim has been our contact since day one and has exceeded all of our expectations! Always reliable, ALWAYS friendly and always helpful. We have met some wonderful people there and it is apparent that customer service is important. Their hours and access are convenient too! Definitely recommend!!!

  Walked in the door, asked a few questions, received the answers we were looking for, fast curteous service, and adequate security. Rented an 8 x 10 storage unit and have already started to fill it up. Hopefully this will be a temporary place to put things as we downsize and move but it is close and convenient and if it ends up being a long-term arrangement is affordable and I have 24/7 access. I am pleased.
