  Wish you guys would stop going up on the rent, I've been with you for many years. Although Jason is excellent person no complaints there. The rent is crazy, I hope to make the situation better by moving out ASAP it's a process BUT I'm truly working on it.

  This company does not have people in the office at the stated times, does not answer phones or return voicemails and will not be available if you have problems. They will continue to charge you for your unit, even after vacating, and are never available to discuss the issues you have. If you like paying for something you are not using and having no form of communication with your rental company, then rent here! Seriously, I am using this to try to communicate with the company because they will not return my calls... I'd like to preface this review by stating that I've rented space at 5 different storage locations in San Francisco in the past without issue... When I first contacted this company to rent a unit, I was offered a promotional price for the first month. I spoke with the company over the phone and was told that my price would last for one month from the signing date - I payed my $50 promotional price at that time... and was charged $250 three days later on the first of the month. The company refused to honor the promotional price I was quoted with over the phone and did nothing to remedy the situation. So fine, I paid my charge and told the company to terminate my agreement and received confirmation that they had done so. Flash forward to two week ago, I received a notice that the property in my unit (which is empty) had been seized and I would need to pay two months of rent. The company will not return any of my calls to discuss the issue and so now I am sitting here with a $450 court order and nobody to speak to. There is something wrong here, don't bother renting with this company.

  Jason is real easy to work with. Location works well for us and the price was OK.

  I have used this storage place twice, because of their location and they "accidentally marked my unit at the other location" both times. They made me sit at their location for hours waiting for an employee to show up to let me in after they said they would be there on the phone 20 min before my arrival. I will never use this company again.

  Love this place! The nicest and most helpful folks in the world. It's safe, convenient, and clean. I'd recommend it to anyone.
