  Management is top notch and exceptionally pleasant to work with. Lucy's vivacious and unostentatious personality makes you feel right at home from the moment you first walk into the office. Absolutely recommend this facility.

  Storage Mart on Winchester Road in Lexington KY is a professionally run, clean, secure, well-lit facility. I appreciated the AAA special I was offered and the ease of online reservation. My follow-up confirmation call was answered immediately and Jenny C at the national reservation site did a super job of explaining the important things concisely and pleasantly. At the front office in Lexington, Lucy kept a calm, competent, and pleasant demeanor (even though she had a cold!), which is very helpful to folks who are likely to be stressed in the midst of a move. I stopped by beforehand to pick up boxes and moving supplies: everything I needed was available at competitive prices, and they cheerfully bought back everything I hadn't used. I do wish that I had noted the Saturday hours: they open at 10, which meant for me that my movers had to wait around for 30 minutes till the office opened and my paperwork was done. I could have done all that the day before and had gate access without front office involvement. But that was my mistake. The facility is totally fine.

  Love this place, it's safe, and is a great location, that's not including the property manager Lucy...she has been so good to us. She's friendly and always has treated us with the utmost preffesional respect.

  This is the absolute BEST storage facility operation in all of central Kentucky...I have rented mini storage units in several of the surrounding counties of Lexington/Fayette. Lucy, the manager is more knowledgeable and is willing to personally take the time and effort to assist in any way possible to assure the customer is satisfied...She showed up when she was suffering from the flu as well as coming to the facility to reset the automatic gate late in the evening...She personally comes to fix these various issues no matter how mundane they may seem...I am very impressed with her willingness to be not only the manager, but the person to assure that all is well when the issue is resolved...Not to mention the immaculate manner in which the facility is kept...

  My company always feel that our belongings are safe and secure with the staff at StorageMart. I have used them for years with no complaints ever. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
