  Absolutely the best bunch of people and not to forget they actually speak to you. Very efficient with processing and communication with all parties. Btw they have fresh cookies and coffee 🙌

  Like all title companies, they rip people off every day. Now that everything is digitally accessible and managed, they are charging people thousands of dollars for 10 minutes of work.
