  WORSE customer service & service ever. If i could i would rate it 0 out of 5 stars. They have bad attitudes , they charge too much and they take forever. I was being nice asking how long it was going to take and the dude I was working with gave me an Attitude for no reason. I definitely would not recommend this place ever.

  This is such a long story... but the short version is that I went in to have a window motor fixed. Over the past 2 mos, I've had to return 7 times to fix various things to correct from them replacing the window motor. The best the offered me for over 12 hours of wasted time was a tank of gas and an oil change... Good try to compensate me, but very poor labor/technicians

  I brought my 4Runner in for a 70k mile service and a rear brake service. I have been to many Toyota dealers and various mechanic shops around the country and this experience has ranked among the best. Ian took care of my vehicle from the time I pulled in to the time I picked up. Pricing was better than almost anywhere else I found and the service was exceptional. I will 100% be coming back for my followup services over the next few years and will be shopping here for our next vehicle.

  Knowledgeable, friendly, professional sales staff. Great inventory selection. Competitive pricing and exceptional value. What more did this girl need? NOTHING! I bought my new car on the first visit- wha?! I’m so happy with my new 2018 Corolla and my experience at Stevinson Toyota East, I will definitely return. Thanks for all your help Allison!!

  I wanted to understand my lease numbers from a car I leased 2 years ago. Susan McMillon dug in and did the research and the math to help me better understand the lease I had. I wasn't sure if I should trade in the Highlander I had. After looking at a Sienna, I realized it better fit my business and personal needs. The numbers made sense and the perfect Sienna showed up for me at the dealership the very next day. I'm very happy with my new Sienna. It's working out very well for me. I loved my Highlander, but I love the Sienna equally. Great job Susan. Thanks for giving me fantastic customer service and speaking frankly and clearly in terms I understood.
