  They sold me two right shoes. Helpful staff but not thorough at all. They told me there are staff finding the other pair but they made me wait for more than 30 minutes. If they can't find it, just tell me and give my refund. I bet they sold two lefts to someone else. The one on display happened to be my size and is probably their only pair left.

  today i just tried on the shoes, I forgot to put it back, and he told me to take it very rudely. Also called us to get out of the shop. Is this discriminating against me Chinese? One stuff wearing black clothes, I hope your manager can be good to enhance the quality of staff. Because there will be many such things happen, or you will lose a lot of Chinese customers.

  On top of having to return my shoes (which began falling apart after a week), I experienced perhaps the worst customer service of my life in this store. For anyone who does not want to be treated like trash - I would avoid this shop.
