  I originally banked at Hudson Valley Bank, when Sterling bought HVB, I was skeptical and concerned, but needlessly it turns out. The bankers here, though concerned by typical banking regulations and paperwork, will bend over backwards to assist, fix, or otherwise address every application, problem, or concern. As the director of a local non-profit, and as an attorney, I am happy they are now in my neighborhood!

  Dana & Jo-Ann are excellent bankers. The staff is friendly and they can help you with anything you need and can figure out any problem. Always greeted with a smile at the Nyack branch.

  Horrible customer service ! Worst possible bank you can incounter. The lack of customer service and respect is absurd. Took roughly 3 weeks to get my debit card, then it wouldn't let me access the online banking, I couldn't keep track of the funds in my account then when I call customer service they have the nerve to tell me they can't help me only my branch could. I step into the branch to only encounter two rude employees. The first was a just not willing to help at all and then the worst one was the MANAGER FLORENCE CHE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
