::I have been going here for over a month now and have noticed significant changes in my body! I originally signed up for the 30 day trial for 30 dollars, which is a great deal. I decided to sign up for a full membership after the one month trial because I really enjoy the workouts. It is a great environment. All the trainers are so encouraging and support you doing the workouts to the best of your personal abilities. I've never felt intimidated or anything during a workout. There are people at all levels of fitness and the trainers give you options for exercises based on fitness level, which is very helpful.

::Sterling Hot Yoga is great for all levels from beginners to experienced yogis. There is a consistent schedule but wide variety of different sessions. I always leave feeling pushed to my physical limits but also relaxed and at peace. The staff is so welcoming and the atmosphere of the building is soothing. I would recommend Sterling to anyone and everyone!

::I just started at Sterling Yoga this past month and I love my experience. All the instructors are so nice and encouraging. They want to see you improve as much as you want it yourself. I love how it’s not just yoga: they have pilates or yoga with weights (iron class). There is a variety to change it up. Love this place! Sign up!!
