  I normally do laundry on my own and last Saturday was my first in a long time. I'm probably going to use their service again because it's fast, inexpensive, and their staff are the friendliest.

  I've had many jackets altered here and they do great work for cheap.

  In my book, there is always a way to rekindle a business relationship. In DC, trustworthy dry cleaners are not only few and far between, but even fewer hold their relationship with their clients in high regard. Sterling happened to be caught in a terrible situation sparked from another cleaner's poor management and questionable behavior. Overnight, Sterling Cleaners received triple volume and was left with a harrowing adventure of cleaning and returning clothes amid the chaos. Nervous as my girlfriend and I were, Sterling management consistently stayed in touch with her and I on the progress with our clothes. Does your dry cleaner call you back when you ask them to? Happy to have landed in their business. The clothes were well pressed and fresh for work. Would recommend them to anyone!
