  Rod promises the world to you before you pay him. Then his crew slaps together a job in almost a day, that normally takes several days for a good job, with wood panels full of knots and holes. He promises a quality privacy fence yet provides panels that have large holes and knots that defeat the purpose of a privacy fence. Then the fence falls apart due to poor build and he refuses to fix it under the warranty and he says it will cost money. All I wanted was to fix my gate because the wood panels are falling off, no longer closing, and the gate looks like its going to fall apart soon, and the gate is less than a year old. No other gates or fences are falling apart near me and they are all much older.
