  Of most importance to others, I have found this store to be organized and clean with enough womens' fitting rooms to ensure that the wait for one isn't so long. The retail personnel on the sales floor are attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The sales clerks are also this way, making for an excellent customer experience! Purchases, even with sale and clearance merchandise are easy - EVERYTHING rings up correctly. I really appreciate this! Returns with receipt are seemless! Return policy is within 60 days. [See back of receipt or store website for anything more specific]For example, I am happy to report that on Saturday afternoon, when those waiting in line for purchases and returns was more than three people long (and I love that it is a single line), one cashier announced over the loudspeaker that the back-up cashier was needed at register 3. Personally, for me, the store lost a point for the stale smelling air (combined with customers' perfumes) both times I have been there, as this affects my experience and makes me want to leave faster. So the constructive comment I have for the store is to let some fresh air in and deep-clean the carpeting areas more frequently. I don't think this merits losing a star for such a fixable problem. ☺

  Great place, you can find brand names at discount prices. Selection is good and we'll organized, easy to find your size.
