  Matt at the Irvine store was so helpful with me on the phone this morning. He went out of his way to find the products I was looking for and is having them shipped to me. Great customer service and you don't find that in too many stores anymore. Another reason I like to shop at Steinmart.

  Decent selection of products, and pretty good prices. The biggest disappointment I have in this place is that no, they do no in fact sell steins. Mugs yes, steins no. What a disappointment.
