  Overpriced. Do not go in here unless you have very good sense and you know about flowers. They will rip you off otherwise.

  I love the fact I walk in give them a price I want to pay they create a lovely assortment of flowers accordingly. This is the only place I buy flowers for my girl friend, mother, and other family members.

  I'm so disappointed at the level of customer service that was received! I live out of state and ordered flowers on line for my Aunt's memorial service. I trusted that the flowers would be delivered it wasn't until I received a call from a family member that the flowers didn't arrive. I called the florist this morning inquiring about my missing order, it was explained to me the machine was out of paper and by the time they realized it was too late! They made no effort to reach anyone at the church where the flowers were being delivered and I was told "I don't know what to say" I have never experienced this level of poor customer service at a time that is already sensitive, dealing with a death. It was already hard that I was unable to attend the service due to the recent snow storm and the last gift I wanted to send my aunt was a failed attempt thanks to this place! I will make sure to tell my local family and friends to never trust their Buisness to this florist.

  I got married 40 years ago.... Chris did our flowers then, and did the flowers for my sister's wedding, and all of our children's Bat Mitzvahs. He has also done the flowers for all of my children [and my nieces] for their weddings. My daughter got married this past August, and Stefans did the MOST beautiful job on the flowers!!!! We dealt with Josh for much of the planning, and he was a dream to deal with! He understood my daughter from their very first meeting, and he totally "got" her vision. They supplied the table linens and were unbelievably accommodating, sending us samples several times, until my daughter made her selection. I could not have been any happier, and more importantly, my daughter and her husband could not have been happier with every single aspect of Chris's and Josh's part in the wedding. I hope to have many more happy occasions to make parties for, and I would never hesitate to make Chris and Josh our first phone call to start the planning.

  Stefans created the most beautiful high and low centerpieces for my wedding. They designed the most unbelievable center burst of flowers for the gazebo I was being married under. They took all my ideas and went one step further toward perfection! I was blown away! Thank you for helping to make my day so special!
