  I'm always looking for new workout classes around Pittsburgh, and when my friend asked me to come here with her I was skeptical because of the negative cycling experiences I had had at big-scale gyms in the past. I went, and it absolutely changed my perception of cycling! The class was up-beat, the music and lighting was fun and energetic, and most importantly, the class kicked my butt! The instructor was friendly and helpful and really made the 45 minute class worth my time. I will be buying an unlimited pass.

  Visiting from Philadelphia. Paid for an ‘unlimited’ 2 week pass to only find out 90% of their classes are waitlisted — so good luck getting into a class and even if you do, chances are your seat will be given to someone else. The classes and instructors are at a beginner to intermediate level. Owner is partial to those who are consistent paying customers which I can see making sense as business owner, but not a successful strategy long term when competitors start moving in.

  Amazing. Went to a community class today just wanting to give spin another shot (not my fave kind of workout) and I had a BLAST. The instructor had a great playlist, was upbeat, and mixed up the movements so well! I will definitely be going again!!

  Amazing staff, incredible atmosphere, fun people. This place speaks for itself - whether you're an experienced spinner or a newbie (like me), you'll have a great experience.
