  Called them when water backed up on the house. Were quick to get the water up and dry everything out with the machines. They took up the carpet in one room and sliced 3 foot wide room-length sections from the other two. Yanked the baseboards off and damaged the walls even RIPPING the paint and texture ABOVE THE BASEBOARD EDGE AND ALL THE WAY TO THE PAPER LAYER OF THE DRYWALL. They were supposed to do the whole repair job but never prepared an estimate to be compared with the insurance adjuster's estimate. The estimator who came out pointed out deficiencies in the insurance estimate but never gave me the estimate or did the job. They left tack strip in areas and there are nails sticking up all over too. They didn't finish the job. I had them sanitize the floorsa few days later because we couldn't keep living with sewage water dried floors. I sent several emails to them but never any reply to the additional damages and leftover mess. Now they are suing for an incomplete job where they caused more damages by their hurried shotty careless work.
