  Oh my God if you're not worried about calories then this place is for you. Cooked to order and always delicious ( I have found) I have not found a better cheese steak period. Be it in Philadelphia or elsewhere

  The sandwiches are really good. Not the best customer service. The staff can be kind of rude. Don’t bother calling an order in because half the time they don’t answer the phone and when they do you still have to wait 20 minutes for your food because they haven’t even started it. Don’t expect to get in and out with a to go order. Also a little pricey but a great sandwich. Low rating on customer service.

  After being out of state for 2yrs, we went back to our favorite cheesesteak spot. What I like is that the flavors stay the same always delicious, but this time it seemed like the sandwich was a bit smaller as well as their delicious hamburger. Will this stop me from going back? Probably not. Exceptionally scrumptious!!!

  Don't bother calling ahead, you're going to wait at least 20 min in the crowded and awkward entry. I still eat here, the food is awesome, I eat here 2-3 times a month and have for around 5 years. But I give them a low rating for customer service. When you call ahead for take out and show up for your food after the 15 minutes they tell you it will take, you shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich that they haven't even sent to the line cook yet. This is nothing new for them, it's just how it always is, so don't expect to get in and out fast, ever.

  Wow. They do one thing really well. Cheese steaks with just enough variety. The hollowed out bread provides ample space for meat and cheese. They manage to make it tasty from start to finish with bread, meat and cheese in every bite.. Amazing. Other places should be ashamed to call theirs cheese steaks.
