  If I could do zero stars I would. It was an hour late and the pizza is absolutely disgusting. Save yourself the hassle and don’t even think of ordering from here, eat your dirty sock it would be better and more fulfilling.

  Awful experience. Visiting Nashville for the first time, we decided to order from Steak Plus Pizza. After looking at their menu online, we ordered over the phone and had it delivered. After delivery, I realized my order was incorrect. We immediately called Steak Plus Pizza to resolve the issue. We spoke to the manager, Ashley, and affter realizing they would not fix my order she mentioned she would refund us for the sandwich but we had to call corporate and after we call corporate, corporate would then call Steak Plus Pizza to confirm they said they would refund us. Well, corporate called Steak Plus Pizza but they said they we NOT going to refund us. And now, we have called 3 different times to resolve this issue and we to still have yet to see a refund. At this point, I want a refund for the entire order! The customer service, follow up and execution is extremely poor and unsatisfactory. If you are interested in how their food tastes...it was sub-par. About 2 slices of meat on the sandwich I ordered, way too much bread for the little meat and once slice of tomato. Do not and will not ever recommend.
