::The best Steak ‘n Shake i’ve been to. Fast service, delicious burgers, fresh ingredients. The only negative thing was pickles. It smells weird but after taking out from burger, burger tasted much better.

::I was told by staff to use the kiosk to order. I ordered a shake and the system applied my birthday reward with a total of zero. It did not give me a receipt. When I inquired about the shake I was told by a very rude employee that I had to order the shake but not on the kiosk. This employee was extremely rude and could not understand that the kiosk did take the order. When I tried to explain to her that this should be brought to someone’s attention to be corrected, she then refused me service in the most unprofessional manner. Finally another employee brought me the shake. This rude employee actually said that the kiosk was not her concern and showed total lack of understanding of the problem. I am sure this employee is rude to many people and is costing this company lost revenue due to her ignorance and bad attitude.

::Great burgers! Fries could use a bit of help so don't get 'em plain unless you want 'em that way. Can't beat the price for what you get. Edit: Went again tonight around 6PM and apparently the Triple doesn't come with cheese anymore but they still charge you $7.99. Couldn't hear the person through the speaker, either. This place is getting rapidly worse.

::What a disaster 😂😂 I ordered in the app, and it let's you do curbside! It was a great experience, and it was honestly a pleasure using the app. It said it would take 11-13 minutes after I placed my order at 11:17! After being yelled at by the manager I was told to go through the drive thru to oder after having already ordered and paid for my food. It was 11:54pm and I had still yet to get to the window or get my food. It was rough.

::Steak and shake me impressed us. Loved the order via screen. We got some burgers and milkshakes that were cooked to perfection by a friendly staff. You must try the milkshakes trust me on this one they are outta this awoo'orld. The place was super clean too and had a great dining room.
