  I’m sure their work is really great and they staff is super friendly. I was off put by how y first consult went. I walked in and my artist met me at the counter, and that’s where the consult happened. Which was okay, I would have preferred a bit more privacy but since I was the only one in the lobby I didn’t mind at the time. The artist was difficult to talk to, friendly but difficult. He asked me to show him a few pictures as I tried to explain what I wanted. They didn’t ask to see what I was adding on to or where the location of my tattoo would be. I wouldn’t go back just because I felt like it was very impersonal and there wasn’t much effort to get to know me or what I wanted.

  I wasn't in the store but the owner put my teenager and her mom through a ridiculous maze of nonsense. She was there with her MOM and was told she needed a birth certificate as the last names differ (to EDUCATE this gentleman.......almost a half of households in the U.S. with children have some type of last name variation- I guess he is not aware of the divorce rate/adoption, etc) so they took the long drive home to get that. Well that wasn't good enough because her mom has remarried and has a different last name now on her license. (Can you imagine that?) So they made two trips for nothing. He simply does not want teenage customers based on this episode. My daughter will do her best to help him along in that quest by word-of-mouth. Compliance with laws is one thing but to have such ignorance of a typical 2018 family structure and cause such inconvenience to a customer is BS.

  I have been here twice in the last few months to get piercings. Selina is awesome! She is fun and professional! Even when I reached out to her several times via email with questions and/or concerns, she ALWAYS responded within a short period of time and was able to offer suggestions while giving me the option to come back and see her so she could check on the healing piece progress. I would highly recommend going to see Selina!!!

  Amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the environment was welcoming. Selina did an AMAZING JOB and was a great consultant when I was trying to finalize the new ear piercings I wanted. I will always recommend her and this shop to friends who want to get piercings and will definitely be back to add to my look. Thank you!!!!

  Probably the best experience I have had in a tattoo/piercing shop. The whole shop looked so clean and everyone was very helpful. Selina is so easygoing. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted, made me feel extremely comfortable, and gave great aftercare advice. I was nervous about the piercing but she was so quick and walked me through everything so I knew what was going on. Very professional and I would recommend 100x over again!
