::Scott and his team catered our wedding in the backyard of a private home in upstate New York this autumn. We really loved the way he brought to life our vision of generous, rustic food for our rehearsal dinner and wedding night. From the planning to execution, they were so pro. They made an outdoor kitchen where none existed. The tables were overflowing with food, and the dishes were flawless. Our guests loved watching them cook in the open kitchen tent. Afterward, everyone told us they were some of the best meals they had had all year. Who says that about wedding food?? He's the best.
