::This was our second stay at this hotel. The first stay was completely fine. The hotel prominently posts in each room that "Your complete satisfaction is our priority." But this proclaimed commitment seems to ring hollow. We had zero WiFi reception on Friday and after calling about this the hotel representative confirmed that the WiFi was, in fact, "down", with no plan to restore that day. When I pointed out the inconvenience of this and my incomplete satisfaction they didn't seem to think this was important.

::Room is fine, 23 floor, good brkfast, needs small skillet, has pan, three each of silverware, plates,cups, glasses. Room is clean. Only issue is shower just a little on cool side.will not get hot although water in sink gets plenty hot.would stay again and do recommend hope we don't have to was here because of weeklong stay in hospital for wife.

::It was a good stay my problem was paying for parking every single time you come and go I went into the room for a hour came back and had to pay 18$😩after a certain time it is a 36$ charge I paid more for parking than the room 🙄🙄also I paid for a full kitchen with a sofa chair and did not receive that room I paid for it was a cheaper one I spoke with someone the next day and she fixed it for me but other than that great hotel just veryyyyyy poor on parking I’m in North Carolina and 18$ no option for parking here more like 8$for 24 hours because we are guest so u would think parking FREE!!!! They ripping people off on the parking

::Relaxing, and enjoyable stay. The Director of Operations Kelly, and his staff Tami, Ellis, and Blair really take pride in their jobs and offer excellent customer service. There were two others a tall guy that helped with valet, but I also saw him helping housekeeping, and also a female valet driver that were very friendly. They go above and beyond. I accidentally left an item behind after check out. The hotel called me and kept my belongings safe until I could have them retrieved.

::Excellent employees at front desk and food service! The property was awful. Premium price for hotel that was well below average. Swimming pool was green, rooms run down, they need renovations. Your attempt at repairs was a total waste of money. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money.
